Returns & Exchanges

How to exchange or return your purchase 

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Simply click here to visit our return centre.

  • Enter your order number and email address in the required fields
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange or return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your request is approved

Items must be returned to us unused with all original tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned at buyer's cost.

Need A Different Size?

There’s no cost to exchange your purchase, although international taxes and duties may be applicable if you are sending from abroad. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 45 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Not all items are returnable! Please check on the respective product page for specific information. Free gifts, promotional and made to measure items can not be returned.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Receiving your refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Our policy

All items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags attached within 45 days of receipt.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Bags & Accessories

All packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please handle light-coloured bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured bags.

Shoes

Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Jewellery

These pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any label cards or tags included.

Technology

Technology products should be returned in the original packaging.

Gift returns

To arrange a gift return, please email us for further assistance.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 45 days from the date you received it.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on KITOKO site as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
